If using a dishwasher, we recommend not placing the Dutch Oven on the bottom shelf.

Citrus juices and citrus-based cleaners (including some dishwasher detergents) should be avoided, as they can dull the exterior gloss.

The Crumble Dutch Oven should be wiped and dried before storing in your cupboard. Alternatively you can leave it on your stove top.

You can use your Crumble Wood Fibre Spoon or a Wooden Spoon.

Please refrain from using steel as it may damage the enamel coating. Kindly note that the Dutch Oven is still food safe even if the enamel is damaged.

Why did we choose to manufacture in China?

After visiting and communicating with multiple factories in Europe and over 10 factories in China, we found China's top 3 factories were comparable in quality and in their handcrafting and manufacturing processes. Additionally, China's Hebei province is well known for producing cast iron/wrought iron products.

There isn't much difference between French and Chinese Cast Iron from a raw materials perspective, where the difference lies in the enamel coat. Labour and material costs when manufacturing in Europe are also roughly 50-60% greater than in China, allowing us to craft quality products at affordable prices for our customers.

The lifetime warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.

It does not cover normal wear and tear (such as scratches/enamel coating chips, stains, commercial use or misuse of the product).

To claim under this warranty firmly attach to the cookware your printed name, address and nature of the issue.

If the defect is deemed to have been caused by a manufacturing fault, the defective cookware will be replaced free of charge with a similar product or one of equivalent value if the original product is no longer in production. Please note that in the case of a set, only the faulty item will be replaced.
