Protection and Care
- Let your cookware cool to the touch before washing
- It is ideal if the base of your induction cooker is larger than the cookware
- Baking soda is your best friend for stubborn stains
- Using low to medium heat will protect your ceramic coating for longer
- Best to use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid scratches
- Do not use over 230 Degrees Celcius if using in the oven
- Avoid washing or soaking immediately to preserve the coating
- Do not use in a microwave or on outdoor cooktops like barbeques
- Do not let the cookware boil to the point that it dries out

FAQ's
How do I wash my Dutch Oven?
Although enamelled cast iron is dishwasher safe, hand washing with warm soapy water and a nylon scrub brush is recommended to preserve the cookware's original appearance.
If using a dishwasher, we recommend not placing the Dutch Oven on the bottom shelf.
Citrus juices and citrus-based cleaners (including some dishwasher detergents) should be avoided, as they can dull the exterior gloss.
Are your products food-safe?
Yes, Crumble products have SGS certifications for: FDA - American Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Compliance Policy Guides Sec.545.400 (CPG 7117.06) and Sec. 545.450 (CPG 7117.07) Pottery(Ceramics)-Leachable cadmium and lead Heat Test - Up to 350 Degrees without any cracks or discoloration CAL65 - 65(Superior Court of the State of California – County of San Francisco Case No. 938430) - Leachable Lead and Cadmium
What does the Lifetime Warranty cover?
The lifetime warranty covers faulty workmanship and/or materials when the product is used in normal, domestic conditions and in accordance with the care and use instructions provided.
It does not cover normal wear and tear (such as scratches/enamel coating chips, stains, commercial use or misuse of the product).
Why are there colour pigments on the cookware?
Each piece of cookware is handcrafted which gives each one its own unique characteristics. Colour pigments can occur sometimes because of the colour adjustment process. Kindly note that this is not a fault and cannot be avoided. It is usually more obvious when Dutch Ovens are produced in lighter colours.
What utensils can I use with my Dutch Oven?
You can use your Crumble Wood Fibre Spoon or a Wooden Spoon.
Please refrain from using steel as it may damage the enamel coating. Kindly note that the Dutch Oven is still food safe even if the enamel is damaged.
